Refund Policy

All purchases made through the BeThePlayer Store are for digital/virtual content delivered for use within the BeThePlayer server.

Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate delivery of virtual items, perks or benefits, purchases are generally non-refundable once the content has been delivered or activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content for use within BeThePlayer and agree to the applicable store terms.

Purchasing a package does not exempt a player from the BeThePlayer server rules. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban players who breach our rules or community standards. A suspension or ban does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.

If you experience an issue with a purchase, such as an item not being delivered correctly, please open a ticket through our Discord so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Please make sure you understand what a package contains before completing your purchase.
